FLX grinders feature the latest FlexiumPro^® CNC solution, which is 10 times faster than previous generations.  This comprehensive software package offers the ability to manufacture or regrind a wide range of tools as efficiently as possible.

FlexiumPro retains and extends all behavioral and functional aspects of NUM’s Flexium+ system including a reduction in power consumption, a smaller electrical panel footprint and improved data security. As in previous versions, FlexiumPro provides control of up to 32 axes and/or spindles, 3D simulation, extensive and precise probe cycles for tool and wheel, in-process wheel dressing, job control, creation of elevation drawings, adaptive grinding and more.
